Were people ATV-ing? Everytime I hear dunes I think about people with ATV's. Kites are cool though, really made me want to go fly one - especially the ones where you use both hands. I usually tangle them up really badly, causing them crash... hard.

It's always fun to read your blog - and believe me, I'm quite the blog-stalker! :-) Your beach trip sounded fantastic. Mark and I went to Newport today. We went early, and walked on the beach for about two hours. It was cool and foggy, which kept most of the tourists away - HOORAY! It was like having the whole beach all to ourselves. An appropriate end to our summer vacation, I would say...
