snow caving

We successfully built ourselves a snow cave to sleep in over the weekend. We camped out at Maxwell Butte Sno Park with our friend, Roger, from Dox. Good times.
First, you dig a big hole, this one is about 6 feet deep.
Then you hollow it out and make a platform to sleep in.

So Scotty, in all his wisdom, took 358 pictures at the Cleaver wedding...so after he deletes all the "beer goggles" ones, we will be posting pictures soon. Thanks for the requests.

Seafood and Wine Festival

Went to the festival with Crystal's school friends. Scotty was sick so he slept rather than play with us at the beach, that is why he is not in any of these pictures.

Jake: we did make a stop at IKEA for some cool lamps, but I thought taking pictures of this would be OVERKILL (that and Scotty got embarrassed when I asked the clerk to snap one for us)
